Pew Pew Kachoo!
After 2 attempts at Anub'arak the other night, the big spider (or beetle) dropped to it knees, yielding to us its purple-pixelated shinies in all their glory. The 10 man story of ToTC finally came to an end, revealing to us its Heroic couterpart.

Wipe. This shit ishard ReDONKULOUSLY hard.. Damage is increased by like 1000000000%, we have spawn timers to deal with now, more fire, more fire, more fire. We kill the magnataur, but sustain casualties. Jormungars aren't even phased by us...dead.

Hey chris I read on tankspot that the tanking strategy for Gormok on Heroic was a little different than the regular strategy has darth taken a look at that?

ReplyDeleteWe're getting ready to tackle heroic in the next week or two (I hope). We've set a bar that we need to break 22k on Northrend beasts in the normal mode before we'll try heroic.

Well, that would be nice if it works out Ari, lol. We'll give Heroic some serious attempts this week, and I'll post the the damage parse along with a general outlook on how the fight goes...
ReplyDeleteMust say, the first try was completely unexpected in terms of damage increases and dps timers. It's gonna take a flawless run for us to pull it off I think.
